Please feel free to ask your Therapist to help you decide which type of massage would suit you best. After Deep Tissue massage, some people may experience a little aching and soreness in the muscles. This can last at most a day or two, followed by relief from muscular tension. Taking a warm bath can help reduce the soreness.
Thai Oil Massage​
This is a combination massage blending Thai Yoga, which is exotic and unique, focussing on specific pressure points and gentle stretching of the joints and muscles, with medium pressure using oil to relieve tension. You will feel an enhanced sense of flexibility and deep sense of a tranquility.

Deep Tissue Massage​
Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.

Head, Neck & Shoulder Massage​
